Description

The Escambia County Marine Resources Division is seeking a contractor to remove, transport, and dispose of a 27-foot Catalina sailboat that is currently located in the vicinity of Bayou Chico. The vessel is in very shallow water and requires special care to prevent grounding of work vessels and damage to the aquatic environment. The contractor must also provide proof of insurance, register with the E-Verify system, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Some key requirements of the project include: * Removing the vessel from the water without causing damage to the aquatic environment * Transporting the vessel to a pre-authorized landfill * Disposing of the vessel in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations * Providing proof of insurance and registering with the E-Verify system * Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor standards.

Budget estimate

$10,000 – $50,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the costs associated with removing, transporting, and disposing of a 27-foot sailboat. The costs may include labor, equipment, and disposal fees. Assuming a moderate level of difficulty and a standard rate for labor and equipment, the total cost could be in the range of $10,000 to $50,000. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual cost may vary depending on various factors, such as the location, the condition of the vessel, and the requirements of the project. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include: * The size and type of the vessel * The location and accessibility of the vessel * The level of difficulty and complexity of the removal and disposal process * The requirements for environmental protection and safety * The availability and cost of labor, equipment, and disposal services.
