The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply a technology refresh for its Visual Indicator System (AVIS). The award will provide 12 Magicard Prima 8 Duo dual‑sided dye‑sublimation re‑transfer card printers, 12 matching inline laminators, related consumables, cleaning kits, and holographic tamper‑evident film. The equipment must meet specific throughput and card‑compatibility requirements and be delivered to Wright‑Patterson AFB, Ohio within 90 days after order receipt. The contract will be awarded on a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable basis.
