Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC and plumbing repair services at the Nebraska Western Iowa VAMC. The contract period is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. The services include maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of equipment, as well as replacement of condensation pans, chilled water coils, and other components. The contractor must provide a price/cost schedule for each item. The key services include:
• ACC / Main Hospital Domestic Water Pump Predictive Analysis
• Domestic Water Pump Maintenance and Repair
• Emergency Department Roof Top Unit Diagnostic Test & Component Replacement
• ACC Domestic Hot Water Heat Exchanger – Steam Valve & Actuator Replacement
• RTU 1 Hot Water Heat Exchanger Replacement
• Air Handler Humidifier Condensation Pan Addition or Repair
• Install By-Pass in Heating and Chilled Water Lines for PT Air Handler, Building 102
• Replace Condensation Pans and Chilled Water Coil in Research Building (Building 15)
• Replace Air Handler Chilled Water Coil and Roll Filter in Research Building (Building 15)
• P5, P15, P17, P19, P6, P26 VFD Replacements (Eaton)
• Inpatient Pharmacy RTU – DX Coil Feasibility, Building 25
