Gwinnett County is seeking a vendor to supply custom, pre‑numbered legal‑size file folders for its Clerk of Court and Probate Court on an annual basis, with the option to renew up to four additional one‑year periods. The folders must be 15‑point Manila stock, feature mylar‑reinforced color‑coded strip labels, and be delivered palletized with specific handling requirements for each court division. Vendors must provide a detailed quote schedule, meet insurance and bonding requirements, and adhere to strict delivery windows and penalties for late performance.
• Produce a variety of series (AA, B, BB, D, DD, etc.) with exact alpha‑letter and numeric color‑code specifications.
• Provide on‑site verification of shipments and comply with a 2:50 PM July 31 2026 quote submission deadline.
• Maintain required insurance (GL $2 M, Auto $1 M, Workers’ Comp, etc.) and possess an A‑M Best rating of A‑7 or higher.
