Description
The State of Vermont is seeking one or more qualified contractors to deliver comprehensive on‑site occupational health services—including audiometric testing, respirator fit testing, pulmonary function testing, chest X‑rays, TB screening, hepatitis B vaccination, and related medical examinations—across multiple state agency locations. The work must comply with OSHA, MSHA, and related federal standards, and include same‑day reporting, record‑keeping, and quarterly reporting requirements. The contract is anticipated to start early November 2026, runs for 24 months with up to three optional one‑year extensions, and will be awarded via a sealed‑bid RFP process.
