Description
The San Bernardino County - Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is seeking proposals for a citation ticket processing system. The system should provide automation for issuing tickets, reduce paperwork, and improve accuracy and efficiency. The system must also meet compliance standards with data privacy regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The contract period will be for a maximum of five years, and the proposer must provide a method for processing payments, qualified technical personnel for training, and technical service team for implementation and integration.
• The system must provide a centralized platform for storing and managing citation data.
• The system must generate notices for citations per State and local guidelines.
• The proposer must provide ongoing/updated registered owner information via the processing system platform.
• The proposer must provide a method for processing payments.
• The proposer must provide qualified technical personnel for training Hospital security officers.
• The proposer must provide technical service team to work with the Hospital’s Information Management team.
