The County of El Paso is seeking qualified firms to deliver the evidence‑based Strengthening Families Program to parents and children involved with the 65th District Court Family Drug Court and Juvenile Probation Department. The contractor will provide bilingual (English/Spanish) group parenting sessions, individual case‑management, progress reporting, and mandatory court staffing over a three‑year period (with two‑year renewal option). Services include 14 three‑hour sessions per family, weekly/monthly court coordination, crisis response, and detailed outcome tracking for approximately 30 families per year. All staff must be licensed, certified in the program, and have at least two years’ experience with specialty courts.
