Description
The Lewiston/Auburn 9-1-1 Center is seeking bids for dispatch console furniture for their new location. The consoles and storage shall come from the same manufacturer and meet industry and quality standards. The bidder will be responsible for all measurements, angles, and dimensions. The project includes the installation of console furniture, storage, and printers. The anticipated completion date is June 30, 2026. Key considerations include:
• The consoles and storage shall be manufactured to industry and quality standards
• The bidder shall provide options for the placement of two fire alarm digitizers
• The consoles shall be fully operational for live cutover
• CJIS background checks will be required for all personnel accessing the space
• Access for charging personal devices shall be provided
• The bidder shall consider exceptions to the minimum/maximum sit/stand range measurements listed in the RFP
