Propane Autogas

The Town of Greenwich is seeking bids for the supply of Propane Autogas. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with two optional years. The Town has one Propane Autogas fueling station located at the North Street fueling site with a 1,000-gallon tank on site. The Town is planning to purchase approximately 15,000 gallons of Propane Autogas annually. The successful bidder will be required to provide a range of services, including reliable delivery, emergency response, and maintenance of the fueling station. • The bidder must own and operate a minimum of five propane delivery trucks to provide reliable delivery service. • The bidder must own a minimum of sixty thousand gallons of aggregate propane storage to support propane fuel deliveries. • The bidder must respond to an emergency within 1½ hours. • The bidder must have three years of experience in the operation and maintenance of propane fueling stations. • The bidder must provide a defined and documented safety training program and refresher program for Town employees.
