Description
The National Park Service (Virgin Islands National Park) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide quarterly preventive maintenance, servicing, and on‑call repair support for all HVAC systems across multiple park locations. The effort will be performed under a one‑year firm‑fixed‑price contract (10/01/2026 – 09/30/2027) and includes both scheduled maintenance and hourly‑rate service calls. Contractors must be registered in SAM, hold a valid UEI, and self‑certify under NAICS 238220. A site visit is offered on 10 Sept 2026 (optional) to review facilities. Quotes are due 17 Sept 2026.
