RFQ/P No. 08(25-26)FP - Architectural and Engineering Services (Pool)

The Pomona Unified School District is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide architectural or engineering services for projects developed based on Measure UU needs by the district. The selected firms will be included in the District’s pool of qualified architectural and engineering firms and may be awarded contracts for specific projects. The services required include architectural, design, and engineering services for the construction, renovation, and modernization of various school facility projects. • The District requires the responding CONSULTANTS to possess professional disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Landscape, and Structural. • The selected firms will be required to provide a detailed scope of work, including design documents, construction administration services, and project schedule and budget. • The District intends to maintain two separate pools of architectural and engineering firms, one for smaller projects and one for larger projects. • The selected firms will be required to comply with applicable federal and state laws, including the California Fair Employment and Housing Act. • The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Proposals or in the evaluation process.
