The City of Florissant is seeking competitive, sealed proposals from qualified vendors to establish a blanket purchase agreement for the high-volume supply and delivery of various aggregate materials. The materials are critical for the city's upcoming fiscal year operations, including roadway maintenance, winter storm management, water/sewer line bedding, volumetric concrete truck production, and general infrastructure repairs. The contract shall run for a one-year period effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for two additional one-year contract periods if agreeable to both the city and the vendor.
