Budget estimate

$12,500,000 – $17,500,000

The budget for this contract is not explicitly stated in the document, but based on the scope of work and the requirements, it is likely to be a multi-million dollar contract. The contractor will be required to provide caregivers and supervisors at multiple locations, and the contract will be for a period of 5 years. The estimated annual position requirements for each sector are also provided in the document, which can be used to estimate the total cost of the contract. For example, the Del Rio Sector has an estimated annual requirement of 4 caregiver positions and 2 supervisor positions, while the Rio Grande Valley Sector has an estimated annual requirement of 6 caregiver positions and 1 supervisor position. Assuming an average cost of $50,000 per year per caregiver position and $75,000 per year per supervisor position, the total estimated annual cost for the Del Rio Sector would be $200,000 (4 caregiver positions x $50,000) + $150,000 (2 supervisor positions x $75,000) = $350,000. Similarly, the total estimated annual cost for the Rio Grande Valley Sector would be $300,000 (6 caregiver positions x $50,000) + $75,000 (1 supervisor position x $75,000) = $375,000. Using these estimates, the total estimated annual cost for all sectors would be approximately $2.5 million to $3.5 million, depending on the actual number of positions required and the costs associated with each position. Over the 5-year period of the contract, the total budget would be approximately $12.5 million to $17.5 million.
