Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Solicitation of Interest

The New York State (NYS) Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) is issuing this Solicitation of Interest (SOI) to identify qualified nonprofit organizations interested in serving as the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Administrator for the New York State Balance of State Continuum of Care (NYS BoS CoC), which currently covers ten counties across NYS and over 125 projects. The NYS BoS CoC serves as the regional planning body that coordinates housing and services for homeless families and individuals in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Clinton, Fulton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Otsego, Putnam, Schoharie and Sullivan Counties. The purpose of this SOI is solely to assess interest, qualifications, and capacity to serve as the HMIS Administrator responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and compliance of HMIS for the NYS BoS CoC.
