The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor (already holding the COTS 2012 Master Contract BPO # 060B2490021) to provide a yearly renewal of BeyondTrust security software licenses and related SaaS services. The solicitation is a fixed‑price Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) limited to existing master contractors. Bids must be submitted electronically via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system by 10 Oct 2026. The scope includes multiple license types (e.g., SIEM integration, remote support concurrent user licenses, BeyondTrust app VM renewal) and requires the contractor to be an authorized reseller, provide pricing valid for at least 90 days, and supply all licensing agreements and compliance documentation.
