Description

The Dallas County Hospital District (Parkland Health) is establishing a Multiple‑Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for comprehensive wayfinding and signage services across its healthcare campuses. Qualified firms will join a pool from which individual task orders are issued on a best‑value basis; each task order may range from a few hundred dollars to over $200,000. The contract term is one year with a mandatory 18 % Minority‑/Women‑Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) participation goal and detailed reporting requirements. Vendors must demonstrate capability in design, engineering, fabrication, installation, maintenance, and replacement of interior, exterior, digital, and specialty graphics signage, complying with ADA, Joint Commission, and infection‑control standards. • Scope includes design engineering, material procurement, fabrication, installation, and ongoing maintenance/repair of wayfinding signage for multiple Parkland Health facilities. • Minimum of four awardees; each task order awarded based on lowest price combined with technical acceptability. • M/WBE participation goal of 18 % of contract dollars; required submission of Subcontractor List, Letter of Intent, and Good‑Faith Effort forms. • Pricing must be submitted in Exhibit D and remain valid for 180 days; vendors must register in the District’s supplier portal and complete Symplr credentialing within 5 business days of contract effective date.

Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

The solicitation does not disclose an overall contract ceiling, but the individual task orders are stated to range from $1 up to over $200,000, with larger capital projects (> $500,000) excluded from this MATOC. Assuming an average vendor wins several mid‑size task orders during the one‑year term, a realistic earnings band would be roughly $50,000 to $200,000 for a well‑qualified firm. Factors influencing the range include the number of task orders won, the complexity of each signage system, and any optional/value‑added services offered.
