Audio Visual Support

Rowan County is seeking proposals for Audio Visual Support services for all Rowan County buildings as needed. The selected vendor will provide materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to service Audio Visual Equipment, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades. The vendor must be located within a one-hour service radius and have experience with Extron and Crestron systems. The contract term will be for one year, with the option for renewal for up to four additional one-year terms. • The vendor must provide a written, numbered quote for review prior to completing any work. • The vendor must adhere to all permitting requirements. • The vendor must manage software updates and upgrades to AV Systems, including troubleshooting. • The vendor must provide after-hours assistance, including an on-call agent outside of standard business hours. • The vendor must provide an annual action plan on new technologies and budgetary implementation planning information for Countywide Audio-Visual technologies.
