Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and software support services for the Physical Access Control System (PACS) and Closed-Circuit TV Surveillance Systems at the San Diego VA Regional Office. The contract will include a base year and four option years. The contractor will be required to provide annual inspections, testing, and cleaning of equipment, as well as software updates and technical support. The contractor must also provide a service level agreement with priority service response times for security emergencies and non-emergencies.
