Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Syracuse Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) in Syracuse, NY. The contractor will be responsible for providing a wide range of janitorial services, including but not limited to, cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms, cleaning of floors, dusting and polishing of furniture and fixtures, and emptying of trash and recyclables. The contractor will also be responsible for providing these services in accordance with the frequency chart provided in the solicitation.
• The facility is approximately 11,726 square feet in size.
• The facility has a variety of areas that require janitorial services, including restrooms, offices, corridors, and mechanical rooms.
• The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the janitorial services.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and FAA policies and procedures.
• The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years.
