The Alabama Department of Human Resources is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to perform one preventive‑maintenance (PM) visit at each DHR county office location, covering all HVAC equipment (boilers, chillers, air‑/water‑cooled units, split systems, etc.) and providing minor‑repair services as needed. The contractor must hold Alabama state HVAC, refrigeration and master‑gasfitter licenses, and all technicians must possess EPA Section 608 certification. Work must be completed within the performance window of July 1 2026 – September 30 2026, with strict reporting requirements (photos, completed inspection forms, water‑treatment reports, and pre‑approved repair quotes). The solicitation is a Quick‑Quote (RFQ) with a single unit‑price bid covering labor, travel, supplies, and filter replacement.
