This solicitation seeks up to three qualified contractors to provide on‑call, 24/7 snow‑hauling services for state highways in Placer and Nevada Counties (Tahoe Basin). The contractor must supply all equipment (minimum 3‑axle dump trucks, 10 cubic‑yard capacity, 32‑in. depth), labor, travel, and incidentals to move stockpiled snow from highways to pre‑designated storage sites. Work is awarded on a lowest‑responsive‑bid basis with a mandatory 4‑hour call‑out guarantee and standby rates thereafter.
