Description
The US Army is soliciting quotations for commercial hot catered meals prepared in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The meals will be provided from 5 January to 10 April 2026. The solicitation is a 100% small business set aside, and the NAICS Code for this requirement is 722320 with a size standard of $9,000,000. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary documents, including a copy of their current Food Protection Manager's certificate and a copy of their current SC Department of Agriculture's facility inspection report. The Government will not provide any payment in advance of the performance of this contract, and payment will not be made until all supplies have been delivered to the unit and the vendor has inputted a proper invoice into WAWF.
• The contractor will be responsible for determining the responsibility of their prospective subcontractors regarding debarred, ineligible, or suspended firms.
• The contractor will be required to complete and return the following provisions or clauses: 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 52.212-3 Alt I, 252.204-7016, and 252.204-7017.
• The contractor will be required to submit their quote as a Word document or PDF file, and all submissions shall be emailed to the POC listed.
• The Government will not accept any offeror's terms and conditions proposed by offerors, and the only acceptable terms and conditions are those listed in this solicitation and the resultant award.
