Databricks Additional AWS Direct Commit

The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) is seeking bids for the provision of additional AWS Direct Commit to their existing Databricks subscription. The contract will be for a period of 7 months, from August 14, 2026, to March 14, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide MHBE with the specified subscription, including enhanced support directly from Databricks. The scope of work includes the provision of additional AWS Direct Commit, additional AWS production support, and invoicing. • The contractor must be authorized to resell Databricks subscriptions and provide proof of authorization. • The contractor must submit a bid that includes all required documentation, including a transmittal letter, minimum qualifications documentation, and a completed bid form. • The contractor must agree to accept payments by electronic funds transfer. • The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor will be required to provide services upon receipt of a written notice to proceed.
