Description
Hall County Government is seeking a qualified vendor to provide on-call fabrication and installation services for indoor and outdoor facility signage. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all aspects of signage fabrication and installation, including design, manufacturing, and installation. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with four optional one-year renewals. The vendor must be in the regular business of providing similar services and must be licensed, insured, and bonded in the State of Georgia.
• The vendor will be required to provide a cost proposal and technical qualifications.
• The vendor will be evaluated based on their technical qualifications, experience, and cost proposal.
• The contract will be awarded to the vendor that is deemed to be the most responsible and responsive.
• The vendor will be required to provide evidence of compliance with professional liability insurance coverage requirements.
• The vendor will be required to maintain insurance policies at their own expense and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to the County.
