Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking bids for police training equipment for canine (K-9) dogs. The equipment includes semi-comp bite suits, trainer's bite suit-pants, neoprene gauntlets, syntek lopro hidden sleeves, euro-style sleeves, original ram leather agitation muzzles, modular ballistic vests, icon air harnesses, and gun dog first aid kits. The bidder must provide the name, phone number, and email address of a point of contact for the submitted bid response. The bidder must also certify that the bidding entity and its principals are eligible to participate in this transaction and have not been subjected to suspension, debarment, or similar ineligibility determined by any federal, state, or local governmental entity.
• The equipment must be delivered to the TDCJ-ID Security Operations Warehouse in Huntsville, TX.
• The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions of the invitation for bid.
• The bidder must provide specification submittals with their bid.
• The bidder must agree to the security requirements outlined in the invitation for bid, including having a security escort throughout their delivery and following the direction of security staff.
