Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide annual chiller maintenance services for the Puget Sound VA Medical Center - Seattle Campus. The contract is a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Interested parties must submit their quotes by 11/14/2025 at 14:00 PST. The contractor will be responsible for providing maintenance services for the chillers, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.
• The contractor must be a verified SDVOSB.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes all required information, including pricing and technical capabilities.
• The contractor must be able to perform the work within the specified timeframe.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
