Description
The Town of Falmouth is seeking consultants with specialized knowledge and expertise in the valuation of large-scale solar facilities for ad valorem taxation purposes. The selected consultant will provide services including real estate and personal property valuation, determining the value of a land lease, and consultation on preparing a payment in lieu of taxes agreement. The bid submission must be in conformance with the Invitation for Bids documents available on the Town of Falmouth website.
