The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the provision of Dell desktops and laptops. The required equipment includes 20 Dell desktops and 10 Dell laptops, with specific specifications outlined in the attached spec sheets. The contract will be awarded to the vendor whose submission is determined to be the lowest, in the best interest, and most responsive in accordance with the HACN Procurement Policy. • The vendor must provide proof of professional licenses and registrations required by law. • The vendor must indicate their acceptance of the non-appropriations clause with multi-year contracts. • The vendor must provide a price and timeline for the provision of the equipment. • The vendor must meet the minimum requirements specified in the REQUEST FOR BIDS. • Indian preference will be given to vendors who provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO).
