The State of North Dakota is seeking bids to supply up to 50 brand‑new 15‑passenger cutaway vans (including driver) for use by state agencies and eligible cooperative‑purchasing entities. The vehicles must be current‑model, fully compliant with FMVSS, ADA, and Buy‑America requirements, and include a suite of safety, lighting, HVAC, and wheelchair‑lift features as detailed in the technical specification.
