Description
The Navajo Division of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide brand‑new IT endpoint equipment—including laptops, desktops, monitors, scanners, peripherals, UPS units, webcams, software subscriptions, and related accessories—with a minimum five‑year extended warranty on all major hardware. The contract will be awarded via a Purchase Order to the top‑rated bidder after a brief evaluation period. The solicitation requires delivery of all items, compliance with Navajo sales tax, and submission of a complete electronic proposal package by the deadline.
• Deliver 15 HP ZBook mobile workstations, 11 HP Z2 tower workstations, 54 HP curved monitors, and 27 Ricoh scanners.
• Provide 27 sets each of Logitech keyboards/mice, speakers, UPS units, webcams, and Adobe Acrobat DC 3‑year subscriptions.
• Include additional Logitech audio accessories (headsets, headphones) as specified, all with ≥5‑year warranty.
