Apartment Lease for Student Housing

Texas Tech University (TTU) is seeking proposals from qualified off-campus apartment providers to partner with TTU to offer student-appropriate accommodations. The selected proposer will provide temporary off-campus, short-term apartments to meet current student housing needs. The apartments will serve as a short-to-medium-term solution to ensure that students continue to have reliable housing options that support their academic success, well-being, and engagement with the campus community. • The proposal should include pricing for all applicable unit sizes offered (single, double, triple, quad, 5-bedroom) • The proposal should include a description of standard turnover procedures and any associated fees or pricing schedules for cleaning, repainting, or preparation of units between occupants • The proposal should include photographs and/or video walkthroughs of representative units, common areas, and exterior property views • The proposal should include detailed unit information, including bedroom dimensions, bathroom dimensions, closet dimensions, and overall unit square footage • The proposal should include specifications for included furniture and equipment, such as mattress size, furniture included, appliances, and in-unit amenities
