Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Order to Automated Building Systems-Tulsa, INC. for the Schneider Electric HVAC Control System. The purpose of this order is to meet the Eastern Oklahoma VA Medical Center's need for the system. Interested parties may express their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by January 27, 2026. The decision not to compete this requirement is at the Government's sole discretion.
• The contract is for the Schneider Electric HVAC Control System.
• The prospective contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller.
• The contractor must provide clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to meet these requirements.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
