Description
The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids to establish a purchase order for the purchase of Hardware and Software Support Maintenance for Dell Connectrix switches. The maintenance and service must be completed by a certified technician for the units according to the manufacturer's suggested maintenance for the optimum quality and performance of the equipment. The contract will cover the period from 8/8/2026 to 8/7/2027.
• The maintenance must include all costs associated with onsite service/labor, travel expenses, parts, and software upgrades.
• A confirmation call to the customer must be made within 30 minutes of the initial request.
• The technician must be on-site if necessary, within 4 hours of the initial request.
• All shipping and handling must be included in the total bid amount.
