The North Dakota Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial and related maintenance services for the Larimore Rest Area located at US‑2 & Highway 18. The contract covers cleaning, waste management, snow removal, minor painting, landscaping, and equipment upkeep, organized into detailed task schedules that run from September 2026 through August 2027 with possible one‑year extensions. Bidders must submit monthly pricing for two service periods (Schedule A and Schedule B) via the NDBuys system by the August 20 deadline.
• Scope includes daily cleaning, weekly grounds work, monthly mechanical‑room cleaning, seasonal painting, fertilization, and snow/ice removal.
• NDDOT supplies only basic consumables (garbage bags, toilet paper, light bulbs, fertilizer); the contractor must provide all other supplies and labor.
