The selected team will provide a turnkey solution that improves comfort, indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and reliability, while minimizing disruption to childcare operations. • The project requires a design-build team with experience in childcare/school or occupied facility projects.
• The team must provide a technical approach, schedule, and price proposal.
• The project includes commissioning, training, and warranty.
• The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
• The project has a low-interest loan preapproved and prepared for financing once the final project path is selected.
• Proposers should identify applicable utility incentives/rebates for high-efficiency equipment and include an incentive capture plan.
