Description
The U.S. Embassy in Port-au-Prince, Haiti is seeking a contractor to provide mobile telephone services. The contract will be a firm fixed price type contract, with a base year and four one-year option periods. The contractor will be required to provide standard services, as well as temporary additional services on an as-needed basis. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
