Henry County Schools (Georgia) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a complete, turn‑key production of its 2027‑2029 high‑school graduation ceremonies. The scope includes design, supply, installation, and operation of stages, trussing, rigging, lighting, sound, video walls, live‑streaming, and related soft‑goods across four daytime and four evening ceremonies at EchoPark Speedway (Hampton, GA). The contractor must provide a certified rigging technician on‑site, manage all logistics (parking, power, venue coordination), and ensure compliance with safety, insurance, licensing, and Georgia immigration/security requirements. A mandatory site‑visit is scheduled for August 27, 2026; questions are due by August 31, 2026; proposals must be submitted electronically by September 30, 2026.
