Description
The Cherokee Nation Businesses, LLC is seeking a qualified vendor to submit proposals for an internal communications email solution. The solution should improve the quality of emails delivered through Outlook, enhance communication engagement through analytics, simplify list management, and optionally support mass texting with full two-way communication capabilities. The selected vendor will be expected to modernize internal email communication capabilities, improve the visual presentation and formatting of internal messages, provide robust analytics on employee engagement, and integrate with existing CNB platforms.
Some key features of the desired solution include:
• Ability to produce visually improved, professionally formatted emails that render consistently across Outlook desktop, mobile, and web clients
• Compatibility with SharePoint content and ability to pull/display intranet content within emails as needed
• Support for multiple sender identities and send-on-behalf capability
• Comprehensive analytics, including open rates, click-through rates, link-level analytics, read time, heatmap reporting, device type, bounce management, and exportable analytics dashboards
• Ability to track engagement over time and integrate with Oracle HCM to sync employee data
• Ability to build and manage dynamic or segmented lists based on Oracle data fields
• Secure management of employee data
• Optional mass texting capabilities with two-way SMS communication, opt-in/opt-out management, segmentation, and dynamic lists, analytics, templates, and scheduling capabilities.
