The State of Arkansas is seeking a single‑award, sealed‑bid vendor to supply three fully equipped 22‑foot class pontoon barges (two party‑use models and one fishing model) with 90‑HP outboard motors, integrated fish‑finders, a trolling motor, and all required accessories. Delivery must be made FOB destination to Lake Ouachita State Park by June 30 2026. The contract is a low‑bid award; the lowest responsive and responsible bid will be selected, subject to compliance with Arkansas boycott, immigration, and “scrutinized company” certifications, and the vendor must be a registered Arkansas supplier.
• Provide two Sun Tracker‑type 22‑ft party barges and one 22‑ft fishing barge, each water‑ready with motors, Bimini tops, safety gear, digital gauges, Bluetooth stereo, and required marine accessories.
• Include three Mercury 90‑HP Command Thrust four‑stroke outboard engines, Lowrance Eagle 5 (or equivalent) fish‑finders on the party barges, and a Lowrance HOOK Reveal 5x fish‑finder plus Minn‑Kota PowerDrive 24V 70‑lb trolling motor on the fishing barge.
• Deliver all barges, motors, and accessories to Lake Ouachita State Park (5451 Mountain Pine Rd, Mountain Pine, AR 71956) no later than June 30 2026, with a 30‑day delivery window after purchase order issuance.
