Wellness Kiosks

The State of Montana is seeking a vendor to provide Wellness Kiosks, which include naloxone and fentanyl test strip vending machines, for placement across the state. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing the necessary supplies and services. The proposal must comply with the instructions and procedures outlined in the RFP. The evaluation process will consider factors such as the offeror's qualifications, cost proposal, and ability to meet the mandatory requirements. • The RFP includes a Scope of Work document that outlines the specific requirements for the Wellness Kiosks. • The offeror must complete and upload a Business Information document, Specifications/Scope document, Offeror Qualifications document, Cost Proposal document, and Additional Products Catalog document. • The offeror must also certify compliance with Executive Order No. 12-2016, Equal Pay for Montana Women, and verify that they do not discriminate against firearm entities or trade associations.
