Promotional Items (Souvenirs)

The City of Newark is seeking bids for the provision of promotional items, including custom design and inscription services, for use in special activities and events sponsored by the City. The contractor will be required to provide a wide variety of promotional type items, such as pens, key chains, desk paper weights, bumper stickers, shopping bags, T-shirts, and baseball caps. The contractor must be capable of providing embedding, hot-stamping, engraving, embossing, imprinting, monogramming, silk-screening, and other similar services. The City reserves the right to request samples of any product for evaluation purposes, and all products purchased under this contract will be covered by the respective manufacturers' warranty. • The contractor must be able to provide custom design and inscription services. • The contractor must be able to provide a wide variety of promotional type items. • The contractor must be able to provide embedding, hot-stamping, engraving, embossing, imprinting, monogramming, silk-screening, and other similar services. • The contractor must be able to provide samples of any product for evaluation purposes. • The contractor must be able to provide copies of the manufacturers' standard written warranties.
