Description
Dakota County is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive summer boiler maintenance on seven county‑owned boilers located at the Hastings Administration Center, the Juvenile Service Center, and the Northern Service Center in West St Paul. The work includes fireside cleaning, waterside cleaning, burner/boiler checkout, reporting, and a final calibration visit later in the year. Submissions are due by 9 April 2026, with a schedule of tasks that runs through the end of 2026.
• Scope: Fireside & waterside cleaning, burner inspection, repairs, and final control‑system calibration for six heating boilers and one gas boiler.
• Locations: 4 boilers in Hastings, 2 in West St Paul, 1 at Juvenile Service Center – total of 7 units.
• Key deadlines: Quote submission 9 Apr 2026 2 PM; cleaning completion 15 Aug 2026; final calibration 15 Nov – 31 Dec 2026.
• Requirements: Workers’ comp & commercial liability insurance, bond per Minn. Stat. § 326B.197, non‑collusion statement, COI before work starts.
