Catered Meals Esler Field Armory

The Louisiana Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide catered meals for soldiers at Esler Field Armory. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, and the evaluation method will be based on price and other factors. The contractor will be required to provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals, and must meet all requirements specified in the attached Needs Statement and Meal Plan. The meals must be delivered to 7615 Esler Field Rd, Pineville, LA 70360, and the contractor must call the unit point of contact 30 minutes prior to arriving at the location. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and remain active during the period of performance. • The contractor must provide a proposed menu for all days, as well as a vendor capability statement outlining how meals will be transported to keep them at FDA temperature standards. • The contractor must provide a copy of the State or Local government Health Inspection Report, if and as required for the proposed food service preparation facility. • The contractor must have a good past performance record on other government contracts.
