Capital Improvement Plan Owner’s Representative Services for the ECR-Reissue

The City of West Palm Beach is seeking a qualified firm to provide Owner’s Representative services for the implementation of the East Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Facilities Capital Improvement Plan. The selected firm will function as Program Manager and oversee the administrative and technical activities associated with the various project studies, designs, evaluations, bidding, and construction. The firm will also provide input to the East Central Regional Wastewater Facilities Operation Board on behalf of the City. The scope of work includes managing the operations and implementation of the Capital Improvement Program, providing professional services, and overseeing the various project activities. • The City is seeking firms with experience in providing Owner’s Representation services for implementation of Capital Improvement Plans. • The selected firm will work closely with the City and the East Central Regional Wastewater Facilities Operation Board. • The scope of work includes managing operations, providing professional services, and overseeing project activities. • The firm will be responsible for providing input to the East Central Regional Wastewater Facilities Operation Board on behalf of the City. • The City is looking for a firm with experience in managing large-scale capital improvement projects.
