FY27 Water Service-Premise Plumbing Maintenance

The City of Bloomington is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call and scheduled water service/premise plumbing maintenance. The work includes repair, replacement, and maintenance of water infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous water service to customers. The contractor will be required to provide proof of participation in apprenticeship and training programs approved and registered with the United States Department of Labor’s Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training. The contractor must also comply with the City's Local Preference Purchasing Policy and the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
