Description
The Mansfield Public School District is seeking quotes for new Hewlett-Packard (HP) / Aruba network switch equipment and other related connectivity supplies to meet the requirements of student and staff usage in support of learning and teaching. The district is looking for 7 HPE Aruba 6300L 48-Port Smart Rate Layer 2 Switch and 7 HPE Aruba X372 power supplies. Vendors may optionally propose an alternative brand and/or model of their choosing, which will be given due consideration. The district will consider the vendor’s ability to fulfill this product request, and pricing is the driving factor in the selection process.
• The equipment requested will be delivered to 205 Spring Hill Rd, Storrs-Mansfield, CT 06268.
• Quotes will be accepted in electronic format only.
• The vendor is responsible for submitting a quote for consideration in a timely manner with a desired deadline of February 5, 2026, by 8:00 AM.
• The district reserves the right to reject submissions, to select an applicant in a manner that is advantageous to Mansfield, and to waive formalities in the bidding.
