Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) Crownpoint Health Care Facility is seeking qualified small‑business providers to deliver non‑personal family practice services on an hourly, all‑inclusive rate. The contractor will staff qualified family‑practice clinicians to support the Medical Staff Department, working on‑site at Crownpoint (and possibly satellite clinics) Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, with a base commitment of roughly 2,600 hours per year (≈50 hrs/week). An optional second year of equal scope is available. The award will be a set‑aside under the Buy Indian Act, limited to Indian‑owned small businesses. The contractor must maintain $1 M per occurrence/$3 M aggregate medical liability insurance and comply with extensive FAR, HHS, and IHS clauses, including HIPAA Business Associate requirements. Billing is on an all‑inclusive hourly rate (regular and overtime at the same rate) with electronic invoicing via the Treasury’s IPP system.
