Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a qualified vendor to perform FY‑2026 fire‑sprinkler and fire‑pump inspection/testing at the 117th Air Refueling Wing (Sumpter Smith Air National Guard Base) in Birmingham, Alabama. The work covers multiple building numbers and includes wet‑sprinkler, deluge, pre‑action, and antifreeze‑loop systems. All inspections must follow NFPA standards and manufacturer guidelines; maintenance, repairs, or alterations are excluded unless separately contracted. Services are limited to Tuesdays‑Fridays, 7:00 am‑5:30 pm, with net‑30 payment terms after service completion.
• Inspect and test wet‑sprinkler, deluge, pre‑action, and antifreeze‑loop systems across 16 identified buildings.
• Perform NFPA‑compliant checks of tamper switches, flow rates, pressure switches, valves, fire‑department connections, and related components.
• Submit invoices after each service; prices must remain firm through 30 Sept 2026.
