The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide as-needed mid-day and as-needed after-hours janitorial services at the San Ysidro DMV Field Office. The contractor will be responsible for performing various tasks such as cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining the office area. The contract term is 12 months with an option to extend for an additional 12 months. The contractor must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services. Key tasks and responsibilities include: • Performing mid-day and after-hours janitorial services • Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces • Maintaining a weekly maintenance log • Providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform the services • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including labor laws and environmental regulations.
