Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

Based on the information provided, it is difficult to estimate the exact budget for this opportunity. However, considering the complexity and specificity of the required instruments, it is likely that the budget will be substantial. The FDA is seeking two instruments, each with a range of features and requirements, which suggests a high level of technical expertise and specialization. Given the requirements and the fact that this is a firm-fixed-price contract, a rough estimate for the budget could be between $200,000 and $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the instruments are high-end, specialized equipment with a significant cost. The actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on various factors, including the vendor's pricing, the level of competition, and the FDA's budget for this procurement.
